Can take up to 1-2 months depending on what shipping method is chosen. For priority International mailing please email us and we will try our best to get the items to you as soon as possible.

Returns/Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We will not refund or replace packages that have legally been declared delivered by the relevant postal company. Any and all missing package inquires should be directed to the responsible postal carrier. 

Eligibility for a return

Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. All returns will be inspected and Items that have been used will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Upon reception and inspection, we will notify the customer whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, funds will automatically be returned through the original medium of transaction. Please keep in mind that every refund is subjected to a processing period and its duration may differ depending on the bank’s or credit card company’s operations.

Custom Orders and Solid Gold

Custom and Solid Gold items are not subject to returns due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any custom order is processed and in production, there can be NO cancellations or refunds.

Due to Covid-19 ALL Earring sales are FINAL.
